Made-to-Order Products

All Mhouto products are custom-made after you place your order. This means:

Production begins only after payment is confirmed
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started (typically within 24 hours)
Each item is unique and created specifically for you

Product Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, colors, and images. However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
Print placement may vary up to 0.5 inches (1.3 cm) from images shown
Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly

Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Fulfillment and Shipping

Products are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers including DHL, USPS, and others. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information
Selecting the correct size, color, and product options
Paying any customs duties or import taxes for international orders
Complying with shipping address format requirements (especially for Germany)

Limitation of Liability

Mhouto is not responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure
Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customs fees, duties, or taxes
Issues arising from failure to follow shipping address requirements

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All Mhouto designs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Mhouto. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU customers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with German law and EU consumer protection regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
